Hadiya is an Omani qualified lawyer and is licensed to conduct advocacy before the Courts of Appeal of Oman.<\/p>\n
She represents leading corporate and international clients in civil and commercial litigation matters as well as criminal cases. She often assists in complex disputes across a wide range of sectors, including multi-jurisdictional and multi-party proceedings, high-value commercial disputes and administrative law matters.<\/p>\n
She has extensive experience in advising clients on Omani employment matters, settling disputes and representing clients before the Ministry of Manpower and other government institutions.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Hadiya worked for six years in the dispute resolution team of a leading local law firm and undertook training at the Administrative Court, Public Prosecution, Muscat Primary Court and the Forensics Department of the Royal Oman Police Hospital.<\/p>\n
She speaks Arabic, English and Balochi.<\/p>\n
