Ms<\/span> Maria is a paralegal at the Firm. She holds a <\/span>LLB Hons, from the University of London and graduated in 2018. Ms Maria focuses on non-contentious matters including but not limited to, transaction advisory, corporate compliance, document review, due diligence, company formation, drafting of contracts and legal research.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in Pakistan where she mainly focused on PPP projects and project finance transactions.
